Settling the next chapter
In less than two months, school year will be over and I'll be looking at my next goal which is to live as a full time professionnel triathlete. Here is how I'm planning. First, I'll be back in Quebec city to join my long time triathlon club at Laval University beside my coach Pierre-Yves Gigou. THE one and only ! Second, after three months far away from the pool because of a small shoulder injury, I'm back in the water. To get ready as quick as possible without getting injured again, I asked the help of my friend Olivier Renaud in whom I have total confidence. I could do 10 x 400 IM if he wanted me to ! Please Oli, don't ! I also asked Antoine Le Soz to help me with my fitness program because I have a few problems with my back since my herniated disc operation. I need more stability to get faster !
